Dear Colleagues, I am having great difficulty finding any critical evaluation of the Clubhouse model of day services to support people recovering from mental ill health. I am aware of the origins of the movement in New York (and its international expansion) and of the ICCD and related research, but am keen to know about UK experience of operating the model. Of particular interest is evidence of positive outcomes for people, uptake data, costs etc A trawl of more obvious Menatl Health resources on the web has drawn a blank. I would be most grateful for any information. As this will be a service going out to tender, I would also be interetsed to hear from service providers already operating a Clubhouse in a UK Local Authority/PCT setting or independetly.
