Dear all,
Does anyone know of any guidance about DPA & FOI issues in relation to
Course Evaluation Questionnaires (CEQs), in which students assess the
academic courses they've taken in both quantitative & qualitative terms?
DPA & FOI issues seem to arise when a student has directed qualitative
comments at individual tutors. We are considering whether our new online
CEQs should be edited to remove any defamatory or abusive comments and, if
so, who should do the editing and whether or not the unedited versions
should be destroyed.
