A new book has been published which makes extensive use of WinBUGS for 
Bayesian disease mapping that may be of interest to list subscribers.
 The book is
Lawson, A. B. (2008) Bayesian Disease Mapping: hierarchical modeling in 
spatial epidemiology   CRC press, New York

A short 2-day course featuring this topic and examples from the book is 
planned for November 2008 at the Medical University of South Carolina 
(MUSC), Charleston, South Carolina. More details will be available later.
