Why? The answers especially the one from the reprographics firm provided information that I am sure others found invaluable. One of the purposes of a listserv is to share information. Sending private replies defeats one of the primary purposes of the list.
Now what would be nice is if folks would remember to delete out previous messages keeping only what is necessary for their reply. That would be nice
