We are looking at revamping the student and staff equality and diversity questionnaires. In the past a disability only survey has been sent out. I would be grateful for your experiences of designing a reliable tool and to learn whether you have conducted individual diversity questionnaires such as disability or gender etc or one 'single equality' survey?
