Dear all I am currently working with the University of Brighton to research options for equality and diversity support and development activities/tools for the Board of Governors, senior staff and managers. Does anyone have experiences or information that you could share on how you have approached this in your institutions? Ie what have you done and how has this been received? Can you recommend good speakers or facilitators for this level of engagement? Is there anything that you would not recommend!?
