I have been asked by a Consultant Haematologist whether the
results he is getting from a Roche Omni S blood gas analyser are likely to be
reliable in a patient with hyperviscosity syndrome. They are struggling
to obtain other results in the Haematology Dept. I would be grateful for
feedback on any problems that you may have encountered with blood gas results
in patients with this condition.
Many Thanks
