Does anyone know anything about the scissors in the photographs? They’ve been brought in for identification by someone who thinks the decoration of broad arrows on them might be significant and link them to the Suffragette movement. It would be nice to think they were that exciting but somehow I’m not convinced. Any opinions would be most welcome. Thanks very much,

Katherine
