Hi Simon and others,

Completely agree! And I might have an idea. If Munich agrees, I don’t mind to PDF the ones I have myself and for instance put them onto BoneCommons. This would take the pressure of the people at Munich to do it all themselves. And I am sure others will be prepared to help as well. I just don’t know what the rules are with respect to copyright.

So Munich, over to you!

Best wishes, Jessica

This brings up an old request I once made!

How wonderful it would be if the huge collection of “Munich Theses” were made available in pdf on the web. They are such a useful source of basic data and information and a tribute to the late Joachim Boessneck.

Dear all,

I am looking for the following literature on the animal bones from the Roman Colonia near Xanten in Germany. The Munich dissertations are of particular interest as they probably contain many tables with raw data.

Many thanks in advance!
