Dear SPMers To clarify my previous posting, the problem is that: A set of coordinates that appear within an antomical mask in one SPM.mat may appear outside this mask in another SPM.mat by 1-2 voxels. This is accompanied by the appearance of the crosshair 1-2 voxels away from the origin. It should be noted that the data was preprocessed in SPM2. Does this indicate some inaccuracy of the coordinates? I'd appreciate your help. Tali Bitan Haifa University
