has anybody got a script (ideally matlab, ideally working with Nifti images) which removes line artifacts by means of interpolation? The idea is to doctor away phase interpolation artifacts along the y direction on axial slices. Ideally, these lines will be automatically detected by e.g. means of a threshold criterion on the background, however a function símply accepting the image volume, slice number and "column" would be fantastic.
