I am a beginner in SPM and now I am analyzing a subject's fMRI data(event related design) with SPM 5. I noticed that the SOTS must be loaded into matlab before setting up design matrix but I don't know how to write the SOT(stimulus onset times) and how to get the stimulus onset times data. The presentation programme I used for my fMRI experiment is Eprime 1.2. Can anyone show me how to do it? Thank you very much!
