Dear All, I am trying to use your DARTEL software with SPM5 on a PC and I wonder how I can warp template regions to each individual subject's brain once I have established the forward transformation matrix. I assume that the strength of this approach lies in the fact that one can use the inverse transformation to the template regions so that all region sampling is carried out in native space. Does anybody have a manual which describes such a procedure? Many thanks Otto
