I would agree with Michelle – the staff member is working with children, so you could apply the RMS guidelines, termination plus 25 years.

I have been asked the question how long should Local Authorities keep records related to chaperones licensed by us to carry out matron duties in respect of child performances. These are people who look after children when they take part in paid performances at the theatre and other venues. The chaperones are CRB checked.

 

I can't seem to find a logical retention period for this information in. Any body got any ideas?
