Don't have a formal plan, but would advise the Compassionate Friends website. They have specific information on death by suicide of a child, and are very supportive

Hi all

I have an unusual request.  I am dealing with an employee who has expressed a desire to commit suicide after the tragic death of his daughter.

Does anyone have a suicide awareness plan or care pathway they would be willing to share with me so that I could develop something similar for this person.
