Hi all

Do any of you know of any good evidence with regard as to why young  
people are considered vulnerable?  I am undertaking some research and  
although can find lots of literature guidance from the HSE and  
European agency etc and legislation.  I cant find much in the way of  
evidence to support this - e.g attitudes and behaviour

Any direction or information would be greatly appreciated.
