does nayone have a pro forma of a reoprt back to managers that uses 'ticky boxes' to show what an employee can or cannot do? We have had a manager tell us he finds the OH reports difficult as they have 'too many words' in to describe what som-one can and cannot do. They have asked us to look into providing a generic report with a fit / unfit/ fit with advise section and then a tick section of capabilities / restrictions, you know can / cannot lift, that sort of thing
