It's not just NHS. I'm outside of the NHS and I received the same email.. We haven't requested this (or paid for it) - does anyone know if it is part of a national deal? Given the subject (laboratory protocols) I suspected that the relevant departments in the hospital had bought it and it had mistakenly been allocated to the whole hospital trust. However it has also been added to the PCT and Mental Health Trust so it doesn't look like that is the case.
