Afternoon,
I keep getting the following error with bedpostx
bedpostx: line 207 : 18578 Terminated${subjdir}.bedpostX/monitor
This running on Redhat & fsl 4.0.4 and occurs if ran through the GUI or the command line and
happens after 20-30 mins.
I've tried a clean install of the latest version and the bedpostx patch that was posted in April when
other folks had a similar problem.
Any suggestions?
