Dear FSL experts,
 
I am not very familay with flirt, I want to do this thing:  register b0 (from DWI) volume to T1, then should get a transformation matrix, then I want to apply the transformation matrix to b1000(still from DWI), how should I do? is it possible to perform this task in one command line?  I mean register b0 and apply the transformation matrix to b1000 together?
