You can simply track the targets that were missing before (only put those targets in the targets list) and then combine the results for hard segmentation, or whatever you plan to do with them.

Hi FLS Group,

                           We did connection based seed classification of caudate and thalamus for multiple cortical targets. Unfortunately we missed few targets during the tractography procedure. Is it possible to derive the seeds_(new_target) files for the new targets without running the tractography all over again. Kindly suggest. Thanks.
