Hi, Is it possible to run tbss_2_reg on a group of subjects, then finish the tbss pipeline only on a subset of those subjects? Could I simply remove files from the FAi folder that I don't want to process? Also, I'll be acquiring subject data over several months, can I process up to tbss_2 or tbss_3 on subjects as I acquire them, then compile all files into a single directory and finish the TBSS pipeline on all subjects?
