Digital project manager – Centre of the Cell
Centre of the Cell is an interactive science centre for
children aged 9 to 16 due to open in March 2009. Production of the main
interactive components is due to start soon. We are looking for someone
to manage the production of these interactives along with managing development
of the website and its integration with the exhibition.
You will have knowledge of the use of digital media in a museums
/ exhibition context. You will have experience of working closely with
both content producers, developers and an appreciation of the design
process. You would need to be able to work independently to tight
deadlines and some flexibility in working arrangements is possible.
Duties include:
Contract type:
Freelance-based 6 month contract, starting in early
September.
Salary:
£25,000 - £30,000 pro rata
