For some reason DARTEL refuses to show up in the toolbox GUI even though it is in our MATLAB path. I ran the make.m file thinking that the runfiles needed to be recompiled, but this didn't make a difference. We're running MATLAB 7.6.0.324 (R2008a), if this helps pin down the issue. Is DARTEL run from the command line only? Thanks for any help or suggestions. Jeff
