I am using a 2x3 between subjects full factorial and a 2x3 repeated measures flexible factorial design (with [1] main effect and [2,3] interaction) in SPM5.
I'm not exactly sure the different contrasts I should be using. I need to define an overall contrast (task vs fixation) which would enable me to define ROI's. For this I have defined the following contrast [0..1 1 1 1 1 1] but, I'm not sure if this is the correct method to use...perhaps it should be negatively loaded?
