Errors at the foundations of game theory and its utility underpinning are discussed in a new paper entitled "Game Theory Foundational Errors - Part II" which is available at http://www.scientificmetrics.com/publications.html The paper highlights the role of preference modelling and, among other things, reveals logical errors and misconceptions at the foundations of decision theory.
