Hi Andy
i used to deal with kids undergoing investigations in a former nursing role and my understanding is that once a young person reaches the age of 16 they no longer require parental consent unless there are issues in relation to understanding.
was fun when the parent of the child having the investigation was under 16 though!!!

Does anyone by any chance have a parental consent form that they can let
me have which gives authority for an under 18 year old to have a medical
prior to employment?
