The environment is an emotive issue, and there are many opinions expressed. Where do the facts come from? This workshop will provide you with a starting point to find authoritative sources of environmental information, help you keep up to date with whats new and help you work your way through the diverse issues and impacts. It will help sort the wood from the trees! The objectives of the workshop are to introduce delegates to some of the vast number of sources for environmental information. The workshop will cover: * Government departments and committees * Influential groups and bodies * News sources * Research This course is aimed at people who need a starting point for finding environmental information.
