Dear all (with apologies for cross-posting as ever, and additional apologies for not getting to the point until near the end), Three things I tend to forget: 1) That multiple two-foot high piles of paper on my desk do not really constitute effective records management. 2) Not to stare at the bloke on the train every morning who's the spitting image of Jim Robinson from 'Neighbours'. 3) To record 'Scrubs' - E4 is too low down on the channel list. Particularly annoying at the moment when it's not even repeated due to wall-to-wall BB inanity.
