Thanks

Subject: HER Forum Meeting - Wolverhampton 24th June 2008 - How To Find Us

Location instructions for those of you able to join us at Wolverhampton for the HER Forum next Tuesday:

A map of Wolverhampton City Centre showing the location of the Civic Centre can be found at:

http://www.wolverhampton.gov.uk/contact_us/maps/city_centre.htm <http://10.130.7.5/exchweb/bin/redir.asp?URL=http://www.wolverhampton.gov.uk/contact_us/maps/city_centre.htm>

The easiest way to get here is to come by train. The Civic Centre is around 10-15 mins walk from the station - just head towards the town centre.

If coming by car, the City Centre map shows the car parks. There is one below the Civic Centre but this is relatively expensive (£10 for the day). Others are less expensive - the map gives the costs.

The Council Chamber is at the top (3rd floor) of the building. It can be accessed from the stairs and lifts at the back - Wulfruna Street - entrance to the building. The lifts and stairs at the front - Queen's Square - entrance to the building only go up to the 2nd floor so you would then need to proceed towards the back end to find the 3rd floor access. Conversely the lifts at the Wulfruna Street entrance don't go down to the underground car park so you need to transfer to the Queen's Square lifts to do so!

It's not as complicated as it sounds and there are reception desks all over the building who can guide you so no excuse for getting lost!

Any problems on the day you can ring my number (01902 555493) and we shall try to help.

Hope to see you on the day,

Mike Shaw
