Senior GIS Developer - Scotland Salary £27-34k pa + benefits Role: To manage and develop the Geographic Information Systems facility. To be responsible for the GIS Intranet/Internet site and to work with the organisation in providing GIS based solutions to business problems. Qualifications and Experience: • A degree or equivalent in an IT or GIS related subject. • At least two years relevant experience in GIS related work. • Experience of internet based design preferably using the .NET environment • Two years experience in the use of ESRI Arc product set including ArcInfo, ArcView and ArcIMS, ArcObjects. • Ability to deal with external organisations at a technical level while maintaining the company’s professional image.
