Hi, if the original data looks ok then I would not think the 2mm resolution is a problem. You will need to look into which stage of the registrations is problematic.

Cheers

Dear list,
i am trying to register an FA image directly to the FMRIB_FA template using tbss_2_reg -T. Unfortunatly, the registration doesn´t work at all. the "dti_FA_to_FMRIB_FA" seems anything else than an aligned image (like a totally blurred image). First i thought, that that the FA map of the subject was to bad, because of destroyed tracts due to the desease, but i tried it also on a control with a 30-dir, no gap, protocol, and the same bad result.
I was wondering, if the diferent matrix-size( my is 2 mm², that of the FMRIB_FA is 1mm²) of the images could affect the registration. I used fdt before with all necessary steps to create the FA map.
Has somebody an idea?
Thanks in advance,
Cheers,
Thomas
