Thanks Jimmy. I agree. Mairead always tried to pull new members into the conversation. I think she did a great job. And she was so funny sometimes. Like her poems. If you haven't read them check them out.

Indeed a great job done. in particular Mairead's effort to make newly joined members of the list feel welcome. which i have always felt i was until the other day it dawned on me that i have been lurking here since 2003. which is not long enough to recall the "hay-day" of this and all Listservs but maybe long enough not to be a n00b
either way *desperately looking for a hat to put it on just so i can take it off*
also can't think of anyone better to replace Mairead then Randolph.....on word and up word
