These tasks involve helping to design clinical trials, collection of data, compilation of data, summarising and interpreting results of your analysis in reports and journal articles. It is desirable that you are able to interact well and maintain good relationships with a variety of people, including, but not restricted to members of the clinical trial team and other research investigators. Requirements: • A Masters degree in biostatistics/medical statistics or statistics is desirable. • Graduates with an Honours degree in biostatistics/medical statistics or statistics with minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience will also be considered. • Experience in biology is unnecessary but an interest in it will be highly valued. • Proficient in at least one statistical programme: SAS, SPSS, STATA or S-Plus. • Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills. • Able to work independently on assigned duties.
