Hi Lesley, For each equality impact assessment a sub-group (of the University's Equality And Diversity Advisory Group) is established and chaired by a senior officer such as a PVC or Dean (and normally relates to an area for which they are responsible). The sub-groups also consist of staff with relevant professional experience and are supported by ourselves in Equality and Diversity Services.
