Well I think that the fact that it might be therapeutic, and it might be a community, doesn't make it a Therapeutic Community. If I understood correctly, it is basically a place where people get together and play, and it is an alternative to sports and other activities. Well I think if we can call this a TC, then it would also be appropriate to call a TC to every sporting team, and every event in general where an individual gets something out of it.
