Hi,

Hopefully someone can help. I'm sure this point will have come up in the
past but I have been searching the archives and can't seem to find answers
to every question that I have.

When I run an fMRI second level analysis (e.g. one sample t-test) in SPM5
and get the statistical map I can choose a voxel that I am interested in
and plot a graph of the contrast estimates and 90% confidence intervals via
the GUI.

I want to draw my own graphs with a different program. My question is what
do I type in the matlab window if I want to see the values used to draw the
graph?

If I type "y" I get the values used for each person. Is this correct?

If I type "beta" I get the average value (across people) which corresponds
to the value on the y-axis of the plot. Correct?

What about the Confidence intervals? Surely they are stored somewhere in a
similar manner and can be accessed by typing something similar?

Also do the units of the graph show the percentage signal change for the
contrast that I specified?

Thanks in advance.

Will
