Hello, I have a question on comparison of fMRI data of children and adults I scanned a population of children in 2004. During preprocessing I normalised the data to the CCHMC medium template. Now I have a new collection of adults doing the same task in the scanner (normalisation on standard template). The idea is, of course, to compare data of children and adults. But I was thinking that I couldn't compare these two different groups since they are normalised on different templates. Can I redo the preprocessing of the children and normalise on a standard adult template and proceed in this way? Or is there another way? Many thanks for your comments! Katrien > Prof. dr.
