Dear SPMers, I have another question regarding the group analysis. After the 1st level analysis of each subject, there are two con_***.img files produced, that is, con_0001.img and con_0002.img. what is the difference between these two files? In the following 2nd level group analysis, which con_***.img file should be selected? or both of them should be seleted at the same time? Thanks in advance for any comments. Vincent
