My understanding (accured from a safety personnel) under workplace (H&S&welfare ) regs 1992 each employee should have a min 4.5 sq metres of unoccupied space.

Hi all

I have been asked to do an office space assessment for a new office in the
factory it is quite small and is going to be for 2 people.

I have asked the manager to make me a plan of what is going in the office
ie: desk, filing cabinet etc..
What do i need to consider? are there minimum requirements for space per
person.

Cheers
Clare

ps. any recomendations for good DSE / ergonomics courses?
