Web 2.0 - then Library 2.0 - how about PN 2.0?

Dear all,

Apologies for Cross Posting.

We've seen the debate about TV licencing.

The Open Source debate is simmering.

I'm raising the bandwidth issues.

Do we need a 'PN 2.0' to address the new paradigms which are emerging in order to be able to deliver?
