Hello, We are looking into subscribing to the Construction Information Service - the on-line technical library available from IHS. We would be interested to hear from other colleges and universities that are using this resource to find out if they feel it is cost effective; subcribing to the core service and just one module is a bit expensive. We would like to hear about the "pros" of using this service so we can make an successful case for subscribing to it.
