Our client is a multinational servicing the needs of the pharmaceutical, medical device, biotechnology and government sectors across a range of R&D settings. They are now seeking to take on the services of an experienced Health Economist to facilitate first class service provision for the discipline. Reporting to the Health Economics Director, you will undertake health economics projects to ensure clients' needs, agreed time lines and budgets are met. Health economics projects may include reimbursement submissions, evidence based literature reviews, retrospective and prospective collection of outcome and resource data, pricing analyses and clinical trial design. You may act as the project manager and assume line management responsibilities, including assisting with client management. Responsibilities extend to taking an active role in ensuring the department's financial objectives are met, including developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. You will have an undergraduate degree in a Life Science or Economics, and preferably post-graduate qualifications in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Public Health or Medical Statistics, and at least 2 years health economics experience with PBAC submissions & modelling.
