Hi Santanu,

I haven't looked into this before, but looking at this page (click on 
the results sections at the bottom):

http://www.bullopensource.org/ext4/sqlbench/index.html

it would indicate that sticking with ext3 is your best option.

Kostas is always good for information on this sort of stuff. Any thoughts?
