Hi, Did you upgrade from 4.0.3 or 4.0.2? The larger (309 Mb) patch in the patches folder ( fsl-4.0.4-macosx_patch.tar.gz ) has the correct files, I've also put the correct 4.0.4 fslstart.tcl in the patches directory - if you copy it to $FSLDIR/tcl that should solve your GUI problem...
