Hello,

I have a question about the use of termination/waypoint masks.

If I have only a seed mask and a termination mask, then the only fibers that
will be mapped are the ones starting from the seed, entering the termination
mask and ending there. Would this assumption be correct?
If I also add a waypoint mask, same as the termination mask, then would I
map the same pathways? How does the presence of the waypoint (same mask as
termination) change the tracing procedure?

Sincerely,

Anastasia
