Oh, I think I made a mistake.

The command "uname -m" returned "i686".

I've used fsl for 64bit on fedora7 before, so I consider the fedora8 I
downloaded should also be 64bit.

I'm considering whether to download a 64bit fedora 8 or 32bit fsl.

I'm sorry for the inconveniences brought  to  you  because of my fault  and
I really thank you for your kind help!
