Dear all,

Sandra Car has kindly contacted me to say that the helpdesk had told her that they had technical problems in loading the documents and hoped to have a solution soon. Nice of Eur-Lex to tell us!

Best wishes
Patrick

It's a mystery, Patrick - though the EIA's latest blog post suggests one possible explanation to do with Ireland's forthcoming referendum on the Lisbon Treaty.

Cheers,

Subject: Where are the COM docs?

Dear colleagues,

Does anyone have any inside information on the disappearance of new COM
documents from Eur-Lex? Unless I'm very mistaken, nothing new has
appeared under Preparatory acts since the end of April. This caused some
confusion at a training course, when we were saying how quickly
documents appeared, then noticed the date. It seems particularly remiss
that Eur-Lex doesn't even bother to put up any kind of explanation on
its site.

Any clues will be welcome!

Best wishes
