Dear Bugs Users, I'm a new WinBUGS and R user. I'm trying to use a Bayesian Hierarchical models to produce predictions and credible intervals for stocks and flows in a man power system. Does somebody knows about articles on this subject, programs in WinBUGS or R to produce predictions and credible intervals for stocks and flows in a man power systems/human resources?
