Dear all now that the scanner is being used quite a lot during the week by various groups, we wanted to make sure to remind people of a few details, particularly when scanning with Becky, who is a precious resource. 1) When you schedule scans on the website, you should already have your subjects lined up for those slots, e.g., please don't sign up for time and then hope for the best. This is *especially* true if you are scanning with Becky, as she is only able to come in for a limited time each week, and will not be around that much this summer. If a subject is a no-show, please let Jeannette Bayliss know so that we can put those subjects on a general list for future reference. 2) If you are scanning with Becky, you need to a) ask her *beforehand* if she is available for scanning on that day and time, and b) let her know after you have booked the scan time.
